Yes. We sell entire estates online using the auction method. We create a detailed catalog for every item that is for sale with descriptions and photographs. The catalog is published online and using our database with an online reach of over 30,000 views, you will watch the bids on your items go up, up, up!
Will strangers be walking through my house touching all my things? I’m worried about theft and people knowing where I live.
No. We sell everything online with a comprehensive catalog that includes pictures and descriptions of everything for sale. Customers browse, bid, and buy online. We offer shipping, delivery, and local pick up. After a customer wins an item we process their payment and at that time they are given the pick-up address where our team will disperse the property on a scheduled day during a 3 hour time window.
Are estate sale companies licensed or regulated? I don’t want to get scammed like I've seen in the news.
Estate sale companies are NOT licensed or regulated. But we are. We are owned and operated by a licensed auctioneer and regulated by the Texas department of licensing and regulation. We are bonded by the state of Texas and we carry commercial liability insurance for your protection and ours.
Will you sell just one item or a few items if I don’t have an entire estate for sale?
Yes. We have a 10,000 square foot warehouse where you can bring your items and we will add them to a monthly sale using our same successful process.
What if I live out of town and can’t be there every day to let you into the house?
We help out-of-town clients by arranging to obtain a key, using a lockbox on the door, or making other arrangements. It is not necessary for you to be present or remain on the premises during the process.
My house sold and we are relocating and I need everything out asap, how soon can you get everything sold?
Our normal process from the day we begin cataloging until the day sold property is removed is 14 days. However, we can have an entire household’s contents cataloged, online, sold, and removed from the property in as few as 5 days.
We have a 10,000 square foot warehouse just north of Houston where your estate can be brought if you need it out immediately.
Do you buy estates?
Yes. We will look at the items you want to be removed and make you an offer and remove the property.
You won and received an unpaid invoice, now what?
Your unpaid invoice is to notify you that you've won an item. We run all cards on file within 24 hours of the auction closing. Usually, all cards have been processed by noon the following day. Once your card is charged you receive a paid invoice with pick-up instructions.
How do you handle apartment complexes, gated communities, storage facilities?
We have executed many successful online estate sales in gated communities and work with management to ensure a safe, smooth, and successful sale.
I don’t want to be stuck with the items that don’t sell – can you get rid of what is left?
Yes. We can arrange for the removal of unsold, unclaimed, and unwanted property.
I need to sell the house, too – do you sell real estate?
Yes. We have a strategic alliance with Roots & Wings Realty Group so you have a personal and involved real estate experience.
Do you accept PODS delivered to your warehouse?
Yes.
Do you only sell household items?
We sell everything! We sell business contents, personal property, all motorized vehicles, fine art, and jewelry.
Can I get my items shipped?
